Family/friends who are not Trump MAGA GOP supporters, really don’t want our MAGA GOP family/friends to go down the Trumpian treasonous/seditious destructive path that will be so destructive to themselves and their loved ones, family/friends and hundreds of millions of people across the nation and beyond. And above all, dear Trump MAGA GOP family/friends, please do not participate in treasonous and seditious acts against our constitutionally and legally protected government (federal, state & local), perhaps because the election doesn’t go the way you wanted, because as described in laws summarized below, you will pay a heavy price that could result in ruining or losing your lives.
TREASON:
Whoever, owing allegiance to US, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid & comfort, is guilty of TREASON and shall suffer DEATH, or shall be imprisoned 5 yrs or more and fined $10,000 or more; and shall be incapable of holding any office under US.
MISPRISION OF TREASON:
Whoever has knowledge of commission of treason against US or its subdivisions thereof (states, territories, local governments), conceals & fails to disclose same to President, State governor or judge thereof, is GUILTY of MISPRISION OF TREASON and shall be fined or imprisoned up to 7 yrs, or both
SEDITIOUS CONSPIRACY against US:
If 2 or more persons in any US State or Territory, conspire to overthrow/destroy/put down/oppose by force, levy war against, or seize/possess property of Government of US, they shall be fined or imprisoned for up to 20 yrs, or both.
INSURRECTION or REBELLION:
Whoever incites, assists, or engages in any REBELLION or INSURRECTION against authority of US or laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined or imprisoned up to ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under US.
FURTHERMORE:
- Whoever knowingly/willfully advocates, advises/teaches propriety of overthrowing/destroying government of US or government of any State, Territory or District, or local government subdivision therein, by force or violence, or by assassination of any officer of any such government; or
- Whoever organizes or helps to organize any society or assembly of persons who teach or advocate the overthrow or destruction of any such government by force or violence; or becomes or is member of, or affiliates with, any such assembly of persons, knowing the purposes thereof; or
- Whoever, with intent to cause overthrow or destruction of any such government, prints, publishes, or publicly displays any written matter advocating, advising, or teaching the propriety of overthrowing or destroying any government in US by force or violence, or attempts to do so; or
- Shall be fined or imprisoned up to 20 yrs, or both, and shall be ineligible for US employment for 5 yrs following. If 2 or more persons conspire to commit any such offense, each shall likewise be fined or imprisoned up to 20 yrs, or both, and be ineligible for US employment for 5 yrs thereafter.
